    Our service area encompasses all of Suffolk County and Nassau County, NY. We provide reliable appliance repair services to homeowners throughout the Long Island region.

  • What areas do you service?

    We service ALL of Suffolk County (this even includes hard-to-reach places such as Montauk, Shelter Island, and Fire Island). We also service the eastern parts of Nassau County.
  • What types of appliances do you repair?

    We repair residential appliances only. This includes all major home appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, icemakers, and wine coolers. We also work on laundry machines and outdoor kitchen appliances such as BBQs and pizza ovens.
  • Do you repair all appliance brands?

    We repair most mainstream and high-end appliances. While we work on most, we don't work on all.     We specialize in repairing high-end and luxury appliance brands, including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, Viking, Lynx, Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggeneu.
  • How quickly can I schedule an appliance repair service?

    We offer fast and reliable appliance repair appointments. While we are not an emergency service, we do our best on a case-by-case basis to get you the quickest appointment possible. We also offer appointment windows so you can go about your day hassle-free.
  • Do you carry parts with you or will I have to wait?

    Our trucks are stocked with common parts. While we carry most parts, we don’t carry all. It is best to provide us with as much information possible before your appointment so we can make sure we bring everything we might need to repair your unit.

    Our team is licensed, insured, and highly experienced. We treat your home with respect and clean up after every job.

    Yes, we stand behind our appliance repair services with warranties on both parts and labor for your peace of mind. We provide a 3-month warranty on our service visit & labor. You also receive a part warranty that varies based on your appliance manufacturer.
